Rati Agnihotri-anil Virwani Heading For Divorce
It's over. Rati Agnihotri has decided to legally separate from her husband Anil Virwani
Rati Agnihotri is ending her 30-year long marriage with her (estranged) husband Anil Virwani.
Sources say that Rati has started the legal proceedings. A source says, "She is consulting Mrunalini Deshmukh, who has also sent a legal notice to Anil."
Rati had been contemplating divorce ever since she went public about 'domestic violence' a few weeks ago, but firmly made up her mind after Anil turned aggressive last week.
Reveals the source "Anil took a kitchen knife and headed towards Rati. He did not attack her but told her 'Listen, you don't know what I can do'."
The incident in question happened at Rati and Anil's Worli home; Rati has filed a police complaint.
So, why is Rati still staying with Anil, we asked? Said the source, "That is a mystery. She has enough money of her own and several options of accommodation. But who knows, maybe sometime soon she will move out."
